Position
Focused on our Corporate Clients, the Sales Associate will act primarily as the first line of contact for our customers. As Sales support of the Outside Sales staff, the Sales Associate will assist in all aspect of the Sales Cycle including presentation development and order fulfillment.
The candidate will have solution selling of our Wireless data/voice products and services as the top priority. They will possess the ability to trouble shoot client issues independently and know when to call in the CAM or Manager. Reporting to the Sales Director, the individual will be an organized professional with a deep understanding of the TELUS Mobility Sales Process.
Key Responsibilities
• Working in tandem with the Corporate Account Sales Team to maintain, contract and penetrate an existing customer base and work proactively to secure new clients.
• First line of contact for Corporate Accounts.
• Able to visit clients on site and travel overnight periodically.
• Develop and foster successful relationships in account base – becoming a valuable asset to our clients.
• Activation and renewal of hardware.
• Training, of clients on Handset and Blackberry operations.
• Billing analysis
• Creating, processing and delivery of Sales Presentation and content responsibility.
• Identifying client’s operational and business productivity opportunities and inform Sales Team of leads and opportunities.
• Upgrading talents by attending regular training sessions and sales meetings to ensure development and optimal performance.
Qualifications
• Passion to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of TELUS Mobility’s processes and procedures preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Sales/service background, in the wireless industry is preferred.
• Related Voice/Data hardware knowledge is an asset including Mike, cellular, Blackberry and wireless data.
• Computer proficiency and self-organized.
Package
Compensation includes; signing bonus, benefits, business development expenses, salary guarantee, and top commission potential

Position
The position is focused on solution selling of our Wireless data/voice products and services to all Enterprise segments of the Alberta marketplace. We require a sales professional with a strong understanding of value added Sales/Support and a track record of success in corporate sales.

·Responsibilities include; identifying client’s operational and business productivity opportunities and develop sales plans to implement wireless solutions to address these needs.

·Upgrading your talents by attending regular training sessions and sales meetings to ensure development and optimal performance.
·Management and travel in an urban and rural territory.
Qualifications
·Passion to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
·Minimum 2 years Corporate Sales experience.
·Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
·Focus on solution selling, ROI development, sales cycle management, presentation skills and closing skills.
·Sales/service background, in the wireless industry is preferred.
·Related Voice/Data hardware knowledge is an asset including Mike, cellular, Blackberry and wireless data.
·Experience in responding to public and private sector RFI's & RFP's.
·Computer proficiency and self-organized.
