Sales Representative (In-store/Retail)

Position Overview:

Custom Cellular, is an authorized TELUS Mobility dealership, independently owned and operated by energetic, eager, performance driven entrepreneurs, is looking for sales professionals with strong interpersonal and communications skills
who are passionate about the communications industry and its growing future.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
• Providing outstanding customer experience
• Working with a team of Sales Representatives to meet personal and store sales targets
• Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service by helping them get the most from their device, and from their rate plan
• Store merchandising and operational tasks

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, or a strong client service background
• Commitment to client satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self confidence with ability to lead by example
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer literacy and enthusiasm for wireless technology
• Understanding of marketing and sales practices and how they impact the growth of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Smartphones and Tablets
